A choreographer and Laban Movement Analyst, she lives in New York City and in the Catskill Mountains where she and her husband founded and direct Mount Tremper Arts.

Third Wave Foundation (for women and trangender youth ages 15-30)

Third Wave is a feminist, activist foundation that works nationally to support young women and transgender youth ages 15 to 30. Through strategic grantmaking, leadership development, and philanthropic advocacy, we support groups and individuals working towards gender, racial, economic, and social justice. We offer financial support in the form of grants, technical assistance in the form of trainings, workshops, and connections with experts, as well as networking opportunities for young leaders to meet and collaborate with one another to build a larger movement.
Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts
VLA delivers pro bono and low cost legal services and information to over 10,000 members of the arts community each year.VLA plays an important role in educating individual artists, arts professionals within arts and cultural institutions, attorneys, students and the general public about legal and business issues that affect artistic and creative endeavors. MediateArt pairs artists with mediators to mediate or resolve arts-related disputes outside the traditional legal framework.
Winger, The
The Winger is a collaborative website where professionals, students, experts and pioneers in the dance world share their experiences and insights.
The Winger was created in an effort to help promote and popularize dance by connecting audiences to artists in a personal and meaningful way, while giving artists a voice of their own.
WOW
WOW Café Theater is a women's theater collective in NYC's East Village, which promotes the empowerment of women through the performing arts. Historically, WOW has been a majority lesbian woman's space. WOW welcomes the full participation of all women and transpeople in solidarity with women. WOW especially welcomes women and transpeople of color, and women and trans people who identify as lesbians, bisexual and queer. We provide a working theater space to our members & the technical support to create and produce works, regardless of economic status.
